Dear Lowcountry Presbytery,
Greetings from the Officers and members of Hilton Head Presbyterian Church. We are eagerly awaiting your arrival on Thursday, November 1, for the 12th stated meeting of Lowcountry Presbytery.
We have a wonderful breakfast planned for you beginning at 8:00AM with coffee, juice and water. We will provide lunch for $5/person beginning at 12:00PM.
Our campus is located at 235 William Hilton Parkway on Hilton Head Island. You can access the church from William Hilton Parkway on Gumtree Road or Wilborn Road. Please note that you will be arriving about the same time as the public schools have drop-off (we are across the street from the schools). Please use caution as you drive. Directions can be found on our website www.hiltonheadpca.com.
If anyone is interested in coming down on Wednesday for a round of golf and dinner, please let me know (bill.mccutchen@hiltonheadpca.com). It would be fun to have some time together enjoying a beautiful lowcountry day and an evening around a good meal and a firepit later on.
